Office Hours During School Breaks

The office will be open during the school break from September 7, 2026, through September 11, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. each day.

travel card

The application for free school transportation runs through the City of Munich's website.  
Please use this link to submit an electronic application for free school transportation or to report a lost travel cards: LINK

After a successful order, the travel card is issued by the class management. It is not issued through the secretariat.
